Who provides Lumarule

Lumarule is developed and provided by Abdelmouneim Rahou, a sole trader trading as Lumarule. Contact: support@lumarule.com.

Your personal licence

A purchase grants you a personal licence to use Lumarule on one Mac at a time. You can transfer it by deactivating the previous Mac in the app or on our licence management page. Keep your licence key private and do not share or resell it.

The launch price is US$19. The regular price after launch is US$24.99. This is a one-time purchase, with no recurring subscription. All Lumarule 1.x updates are included. Future major versions may be offered as optional paid upgrades; your licence for the purchased major version does not expire.

Trial and activation

The free trial starts when you first run Lumarule and lasts 14 consecutive days. It requires no payment card. When it ends, automatic profiles pause. Your saved profiles, manual controls and display recovery remain available.

Activation and moving a licence require an internet connection. An activated Mac can work offline for up to 180 days between successful licence checks. Lumarule checks automatically when online. After 180 days without a successful check, connect to refresh the licence and resume automation.

Payment and delivery

Our checkout is provided by Paddle, our merchant of record, which processes your payment, applicable taxes and payment receipt under its buyer terms. Your final currency and tax-inclusive total are shown before payment.

Your licence key is displayed on our checkout page after payment confirmation. Download or copy it before leaving. Paddle sends a payment receipt separately; it does not contain your Lumarule key. Contact support with your receipt if delivery fails or you lose your key.

Compatibility and updates

The current downloadable build supports Apple Silicon Macs running macOS 15 or later. Display controls depend on the Mac, operating system, display and connection. Use the trial to confirm your setup. The app shows unavailable controls where support is missing. Updates are downloaded manually; automatic updates are not currently included.

Refunds and licence status

See our 14-day refund policy. A fully refunded or charged-back purchase no longer grants paid access. Deactivation or a refund takes effect on an offline Mac when it next checks its licence, or when the saved offline activation expires.
